Palmer offers complete testing services. We routinely test for these industries:

We can meter mix aggregate powders, liquids, and chemicals of all kinds. Our extensive knowledge of solids and liquid metering in addition to our 35 years of mixing experience makes us an ideal testing lab for many industrial and manufacturing applications.

Our facility is equipped to handle extensive tests including: sand testing, degassing, metal filtration, drying, mixing, core blowing and more. We will complete testing as specified by you, and provide you with written documentation of the testing results. In addition, we welcome the opportunity to take a closer at how your material will perform with Palmer’s equipment. And, test fees are 100% refunded (up to 5% of the equipment cost) when you purchase Palmer equipment within 6 months of the test results. This takes the guesswork out of the equation and reinforces our commitment to providing you with the absolute best equipment for your process.
